Decide where AI pays off, before you build
A two-week, fixed-fee assessment that gives your leadership team a ranked view of where AI creates value in your business, what to build first, and what it will take to ship it.
Too many ideas. Too little agreement on what is worth building.
Most organisations we meet are not short of AI ideas. They are short of agreement, on which problem matters most, whether the data is ready, who owns the outcome, and what it would take to put something into production.
Budget sits with one leader, feasibility with another, risk with a third, and adoption with the teams who have to use it. Ideas reach vendor demos and disconnected pilots long before any of that is settled.
Pilots that never reach production
A backlog of ideas with no way to rank them
Early pilots with weak or unclear ROI
No named owner for the outcome
Data, security or compliance questions blocking progress
Build-or-buy still undecided
Pressure from the board to show progress
One report your leadership team can decide from
Ranked opportunities
A shortlist of the highest-value AI opportunities in scope, scored on impact, effort, risk and dependencies — with draft ROI where the data supports it.
A solution shape for each
Every opportunity matched to how it would actually be built: an application, an agent, an integration, or a governance layer — with a rough build sequence.
Risks and requirements
The data, security clearances, approvals, named owners and dependencies each opportunity needs before a build can start.
Two weeks.
Problem before solution.
Before any recommendation, we run a structured discovery process, grounded in your actual workflows. Take a look at the framework we use to identify, prioritize, and plan high-impact AI initiatives.
We open with your sponsor and business owners in the same room, working from one question: where is the business losing money, and where could it be earning more.
We map the value chain into domains with a named owner for each, benchmark against your sector and against work we have already delivered, and score candidates on value, feasibility, data and sponsorship.
A longlist of around thirty becomes a working shortlist of eight to twelve.
For the leading candidates we define the approach, sketch the minimum architecture and governance, and capture what shipping each one would require. Mid-week we bring the shortlist back to whoever needs to sign off — technical, risk, operations — and pressure-test the feasibility and ownership assumptions before anything is final.
You receive the report and a readout at the end of the week.
You hold a ranked shortlist with solution shapes, requirements and a sequenced plan.
Two or three candidates are typically ready to move straight into a build.

What has come out of assessments like this.
+65% of invoices auto-processed
Tens of thousands of supplier invoices a month across multiple entities and formats, now ingested, validated and matched automatically — with only unresolved cases going to a human.
50,000+ designs tested virtually
Cable R&D that depended on months of physical prototyping now explores the design space with surrogate models before anything reaches a lab.
30+ document types automated
Drawings, BIM files and external datasets parsed into structured, validated data instead of being rebuilt by hand each project.
Some of this work runs on GenOS, the enterprise AI platform we build and operate. Some of it doesn't and where a different approach fits the problem better, that is the one the assessment recommends.

FAQs
Still have questions on why you should work with us?
This FAQs will help you make the leap.
A POC builds one thing to test whether it works. The assessment decides what is worth building in the first place. Running a POC on the wrong use case is the most expensive way to learn that it was the wrong one.
You get a delivery-shaped plan rather than a direction. Every recommendation carries the data needs, owners, dependencies and architecture required to start building it.
If it has a named owner, real urgency, workable data and internal agreement, go and build it — we will tell you so on the call. If two or more of those are missing, the assessment protects the quality of that first investment.
Two working weeks, with the schedule agreed in advance. The constraint is usually stakeholder availability rather than analysis, which is why we lock the calendar before the clock starts.
An executive sponsor who owns the budget, the leaders who own the work and the data, and whoever signs off on risk. From our side, one principal and one technical specialist.
Then the report says so, and we tell you what would solve it instead. We would rather be right about the opportunity than sell you the wrong shape of solution.
Assessments are fixed-fee, starting at €8,000 for a single function, and credited toward the delivery work if you go ahead. Scope and fee are agreed on the scoping call.
No. Most clients come to us precisely because they don't have one.
