Assess, build, run. One team from the first workshop.

We find where AI pays off, build it into the way your business works and stay accountable for the result long after go-live.

Three phases, one accountable team.

Each phase ends on a decision you take on real results. The team that builds your solution is the team that runs it.

    Assess

We map where AI pays off in your business, rank the opportunities and define the first build with your teams.

    • Risks and requirements
  2. 022 to 3 months

    Build

A named team designs, integrates and tests the solution inside your systems, on your real data, with the people who will use it.

    • Integrated with your stack
    • Tested with real users
    • Supervised go-live
  3. 03After go-live

    Run

We stay on it. We monitor every agent, measure the impact and keep improving it as your business changes.

    • Monitoring and evaluations
    • Impact measured in production
    • Continuous improvement

A named engineer, not a ticket queue.

You know who runs your AI, and they know your business.

01 · Assess · 2 weeks, fixed fee

Decide where AI pays off before you build.

Most organisations are not short of AI ideas. They are short of agreement on which problem matters most, whether the data is ready, who owns the outcome and what it would take to reach production.

Week 1

We sit with your sponsor and business owners and ask where the business loses money, and where it could earn more. A longlist of around 30 ideas becomes a shortlist of 8 to 12.

Week 2

We shape the leading candidates: the approach, the minimum architecture and governance, and what shipping each one requires. You receive the report and a readout at the end of the week.

Around 30 ideas in, 8 to 12 on the shortlist

  • Ranked opportunities, scored on impact, effort, risk and dependencies
  • A solution shape for each: an application, an agent, an integration or a governance layer
  • The data, approvals, named owners and dependencies each one needs
  • From €8,000 for a single function, credited toward the build if you go ahead

02 · Build · 2 to 3 months to production

A working product, not a notebook that gathers dust.

Two or three candidates from an assessment are usually ready to move straight into a build. We build them as a minimum viable product: the smallest version that does the real job, inside your systems, on your real data.

Each build has go/no-go points, so you decide on current results. Cloud or on-premise: we adapt to your stack.

  3. Launch1 monthRelease, measure, train your teams and plan the scale-up

Go/no-go point: you decide on current results

  • Data engineering included: the model is only as good as the pipeline behind it
  • Built inside your stack, with your security and approvals
  • Tested with the people who will use it, before go-live

03 · Run · Every day after go-live

We stay accountable after launch.

Most AI projects end at launch. Ours start there. The team that builds your solution is the team that runs it.

On GenOS, our platform, we monitor every agent, track performance, detect anomalies and keep improving the system as your business changes. Governance covers privacy, security, compliance and risk.

The team that would build it is in the room from day one.

127 builders across Lisbon, Porto and London. The people on your project come from all of them.

  1. 01

No handoff between advice and delivery.

The specialists who would ship the work pressure-test feasibility from the first session. The team that recommends is the team that builds.

  2. 02

    One delivery team with yours.

We work with your business, technical and risk teams as one team. Decisions stay shared, ownership stays clear, and the people who will use the solution are involved before anything is built.

  3. 03

Small and senior, on both sides of the table.

An assessment needs an executive sponsor, the leaders who own the work and the data, and whoever signs off on risk. From our side, one principal and one named engineer.

What has come out of work like this.

Bring us your hardest AI problem.

Large enterprises trust us to carry AI all the way into production. We shape the use case, build it into your systems and run it with the governance your business needs.
