Who approves what the AI does?
You do. You set the limits, and exceptions, high-value decisions and anything unusual go to a person first. For example, invoices are matched automatically with only unresolved cases sent to a person, and legal requests are drafted by AI and approved by a lawyer.
Can we see what the AI did, and why?
Yes. Each answer, action and model call is logged with its source, so you can see what happened, when and why, and who approved it. GenOS also tracks the performance of every agent, detects anomalies and keeps evaluating the system after go-live.
Where does our data live?
In our cloud, in your own cloud account or on your servers. It stays inside that perimeter, under your rules.
