The Opportunity
Scattered information
Prospect data lived across platforms such as Salesforce and Informa DB, making it difficult to form a complete and actionable picture.
Very limited time per client
With an average of 299 companies per account manager and only around 6 hours per year available per client, acting at the right moment became almost impossible.
Low personalisation and lost opportunities
Manual searches and dispersed data slowed preparation and reduced the quality of outreach, limiting prospect engagement and conversion.
The Solution
Before the Sales Assistant, NOS consultants had to search across several systems, gather information and write personalised outreach with little time available. With portfolios of nearly 300 NIFs and only a few hours per year to dedicate to each one, preparing the first steps of the sales cycle was slow, manual and often based on instinct rather than insight.
We built the NOS B2B Sales Assistant to give teams a single place to research prospects, create content, and act at the right moment. The Chat Bot feature lets consultants explore companies freely, pulling information from internal, public and private databases. The Email Expert helps write, improve, or reply to emails quickly, including generating several first-contact messages at once. The Opportunities tab highlights relevant updates for each portfolio and produces tailored emails directly from those signals.
Designed for daily use, the assistant identifies key moments to reach out, prepares personalised content, and speeds up meeting preparation. The platform continues to evolve with improved orchestration, better tone of voice, and richer market and client data.
The Impact
The Sales Assistant is already changing how NOS approaches B2B sales. By reducing preparation time and centralising information, consultants can act on more prospects, leading to an 28% increase in sales meetings.
Better preparation and more relevant outreach also support higher conversions, with a 13% increase in proposals registered in CRM over five months in production.
At scale, these gains represent an estimated ~€400k in business impact, driven by clearer insights, faster preparation, and more personalised communication. The Sales Assistant gives NOS sales teams more time, more focus, and measurably better results.
