On March 28, Nuno Brás, co-founder of DareData, joined a NOS Empresas webinar to discuss how AI and Big Data are reshaping business strategy. The panel also included Carlos Graça from Ten Twenty One and was moderated by Miguel Morgado from NOS SGPS.
The conversation covered how companies are moving from theory to application. Nuno shared examples of how AI is being used to improve customer experiences and optimise internal processes. The panel also addressed the growing gap between training and real-world needs, and how leaders can navigate that disconnect.
The session ended with a live Q&A, where participants raised key points on adoption, impact, and the pace of change in AI.

DareData develops AI for NOS department that will automate 80% of processes
DareData is developing a platform called Gen-OS which, through Artificial Intelligence, will enable up to 80% of processes to be automated. The solution is being implemented in the legal department of NOS and is expected to save around 640 hours of work per month, reallocating that time to more creative tasks while maintaining a “human on the loop” approach.
