Ivo Bernardo joined ISCTE Executive Education to talk about AI in customer support

On April 17, Ivo Bernardo, co-founder and partner at DareData, joined a session at ISCTE Executive Education’s postgraduate programme in Business Analytics.
Invited by Ana Lúcia Silva, Ivo led an extra session focused on how AI is being applied to customer support. He shared insights from DareData’s work in the field, discussing real-world use cases and how AI is improving responsiveness, reducing costs, and helping companies better understand their customers.
The talk brought together postgraduate students interested in how data and AI are changing customer engagement. It was an opportunity to connect academic knowledge with practical implementation, and to show how analytics is being applied in business today.
