Our Co-founder and Partner, Nuno Brás, delivered a keynote titled “The Real Impact of AI in CX – Beyond the Hype”. The session’s highlight was a live demo of our AI Voice Assistant, powered by Gen-OS, capturing the attention of attendees and showing what true operational AI looks like in action.
