An American company wanted to explore whether AI could detect bluffing in poker to give their professional players an edge. We developed a model that identifies bluffing patterns, empowering players to spot bluffs and refine their own strategies.

WOO, the telecommunications operator, asked for our help to improve customer service efficiency and reduce the number of phone calls. Together, we built WOOGO, an AI chat assistant integrated into Woo’s site and app, helping customers solve problems faster while reducing costs.

NOS, a telecommunications and media company, was facing challenges in their customer support operations. We helped them by simplifying access to internal company information, leading to shorter calls and faster resolution times.

As AI moves from experimentation to production, companies face a critical challenge: scaling skills at the same pace as technology. We created Learning Pods to help teams develop strong foundations, adopt best practices, and continuously evolve their data and AI capabilities.

NOS wanted to improve the effectiveness of its B2B sales teams, who worked with limited time and scattered information across multiple systems. Together, we built the NOS B2B Sales Assistant. It centralises data, prioritises opportunities and creates personalised content, giving salespeople more time, more focus and more results.

We were challenged to apply computer vision to a game almost everyone has played: foosball. In partnership with Ten Twenty One, we created ChutAI: a system that tracks the match in real time, predicts who is most likely to win and even generates live commentary using GenAI. What started as a playful experiment is now showcased at major events to inspire young people and demonstrate how far these technologies can go beyond traditional business use cases.
